The hotel room was excellent and the staff gave us a free upgrade. Staff were extremely courteous and typical of Japanese service standard. A good 3 minute walk from hotel to Kansai Airport T1 is a breeze, I’d booked a 74sqm family room for 3pax and should consider spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately not recommended for light sleeper, as the aircon flicking sound will constantly challenge your patience and make you wanna change another room. I have feedback to the hotel receptionist, they said they will send their men up to fix the noise issue. Hopefully the next guest can have a peaceful recharge.
