Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Each room is stocked with decent amenities, and the WiFi speeds and bandwidth are amazing (200-300 mbps down and up). This hotel is located just down the street from the Kobe Sannomiya station and within a 5 min walk. Great, comfortable little hotel at decent prices!

Checked in on September 19, 2004. The front desk staff was very unfriendly and I had to wait almost an hour to check in. The room was small and uncomfortable. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. I do not recommend it.

It is very close to the center of the city. Walking distance from trains and airport limousine buses. Surrounded by restaurants and bars but the street is off from the busy area where all entertainment and shopping areas are located. The hotel itself is super clean and spacious for the Japanese standard. It is not the five star one but much better than most of reasonable hotels. Most of essential items are in the room already.
