"The hotel was beautiful. the grounds were amazing. The staff was great, especially Mateo. He was so helpful and friendly; he made our stay fantastic! I did not like the al la carte situation. There were no reservations available for any restaurant at all during our stay. We were forced to eat at the buffet for all of our meals every day. While the buffet had great options, it would have been nice to eat at a restaurant at least once. "

"I liked the very large selection of food that your buffet had and all very delicious, every day I had something different. I also liked the drinks the drinks were amazing and the stuff was so friendly. By far my favorite was the massage I experienced two different ones and they were phenomenal such a great experience. I was there celebrating my birthday and the room decorations made my day feel so special thank you all so very much!"
