"Really loved my stay at this hotel! It's very clean and spacious inside, and walkable from both the subway and train stations. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, but it's still a fairly quiet area. I stayed at the Deluxe View room and the view of the city and Skytree were amazing! They also have really great service and amenities."

"Great location right in the heart of Shinjuku! The room was small (standard in Japan) but very clean and the staff was very friendly, they have check-in machines that can accommodate many different languages. The gozilla decor in the hotel was super cool but unfortunately the gozilla head balcony was not open for viewing during our stay. Nevertheless we had a great stay!"

"The hotel is easy to find and close to the subway. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The available amenities are great. I was unable to use the spa due to my tattoos (which is a common thing in Japan) so i can not speak to that area. "

"The observation area was amazing. They gave us a room with a view of Mount Fuji. Wow it was phenomenal. We were able to wake up and go to our flight without any stress. "
