"Connected to Haneda T2 so very convenient because we were flying up to Sapporo the next morning. Haneda Garden is downstairs, which is basically a mall with shopping and food. Room was efficient - smaller than what it appears in pictures, but clean and mostly comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size. Overall, a good stay. "

"Located within walking distance to the west gate of Shinjuku Station, the less busy side. Our room gave us complimentary access to their premium lounge. Conveniently served by direct airport buses. Useful laundry facilities but demand sometimes exceeded availability (especially when a unit was out of order). No comfy sofa or chairs in the lobby. No place to hang a hand towel. Convoluted process for checking in & wifi connection "
