"I spent 6 nights at this hotel— 5 nights the first week and then came back to them for 1 night after a 3-day side trip to Kyoto. Staff is very attentive and speaks English well. The hotel is a bit far from the main city activities and train station but very, very close to the national gardens which was a nice surprise. The rooms are big and comfortable. "

"Love the area, there is a 7-11 under it easy for snacks, didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the lobby is pretty to sit at and the rooms. Well, a little bit small are still comfortable. Close to several metro lines, delicious places to eat, such as Thai (Jasmine Thai), Indian (Dipmahal). Also close by was the Harry Potter Mahoudokoro store which was cool and right across from that was a Starbucks which was nice. Would recommend staying here as you won’t spend too much time in your room because...
