"My partner and I are very impressed with our stay here. We were blown away by their grand entrance, the building is much larger than what we expected. Multiple elevator ensure we never had to wait long. They always have multiple staff downstairs to greet and help you with anything you need. Most staff we talked to can speak English fairly well. Room size is small as to be expected. Amenities that we really liked is the under the bed luggage storage, convenient store inside the same building, public bath house, a paid gym service and laundry service."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice and the amenities and breakfast was superb. Staff was nice and friendly. They helped us with shipping our luggage too. If you have tattoos like me (I have a whole sleeve), be ready to buy patches to cover them before you get in the onsen. It took us an hour to cover my arm up and an hour to remove. We spent about $60 worth of patches but rules are rules! Regardless, highly recommend and would come back again!"
