"I would definitely add better signage for access to the roof top bar. Very confusing to find! In addition, the alternative baggage storage in the makeshift room was a bit off putting. I understand they had some good measures setup, but I did feel uneasy having my stuff in that storage room for 2 hours. It was definitely not its intended purpose to be a storage room, meaning there is probably no security cameras in that room. I trust the staff to be honest, but it is something to make note of if you’re coming before your check in or 3. "

"I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a subway stop I needed to use to get to a concert in queens. The location is meh but the hotel itself is WONDERFUL. Clean, chic, friendly staff. There is a cute cafe in the lobby that will even deliver food up to your room at a moment’s notice. If there was a hotel like this in KTown I’d never stay anywhere else. "

"Convenient location, near everything! We got a king size bed upgrade for free (from a double bed)! Thank you! Staff were very nice! Lightings in hallways and in elevators were a bit too dark. Hard to see the floor buttons in elevator. "

"We loved our stay! We were able to easily walk to the hotel from Penn Station, and from the hotel to Times Square and Hamilton at Richard Roger’s Theatre. Subway was directly beside the hotel, and there were several great restaurants in close proximity. The hotel is nearly 100 years old, so the wear on the facility was expected. Loved the art deco feel though!! "
