"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. No delays just unhelpful staff who didn’t want to do it. We then demanded the service which they did and our bags arrived on...

"Our family room was spacious with 2 bathrooms. We really like the space and their free breakfast was good too although it was a bit busy at the cafe. I do wish that the cafe to be more comfortable. My husband said it looked like a jail cafeteria. And it actually did. "

"My bf and I were visiting Osaka for 4 days and we picked the Apa hotel - Midosuji Honmachi-Eki Tower mostly because it was within the average price per night, super close to the metro station, to the shopping area Shinsaibashi and Namba - Dotonbori. The rooms are tiny but clean and nice, have storage under the bed for the luggage. The hotel has spa, massage and restaurant which are a little pricy. Laundry machines - coin paid. "Good location, with a drug store crossing the street, 7/11 and various restaurants around. Metro station right in front of the doors of the hotel. The rooms very clean and the bathtub bigger than the Apas from Tokyo.. nice room but tiny so please keep in mind that, I was with 3 large suitcases and 2 smalls ones and it was a bit cramped but nothing to complaint about, if you are organize and keep everything tidy it will not be a problem. The staff very friendly and some spoke really good English!...
