"The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day. "We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic."
