I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The check-in was smooth. Dotonbori is just a couple of blocks away which made shopping and dining very easy. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Overall, the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Great location based on walkability to everything we wanted, nice room, well-organized staff. Due to rains, it was great being able to access the train station from the hotel without going outside.
