"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."

"Great location easy to access from the train. We ended up having two different rooms in this hotel and going from the room with the queen to the room with the king was a huge difference. The room was a lot bigger as there were three of us. The staff here were so sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a really good buffet. I definitely would recommend this hotel especially if you’re used to a typical American hotel. Stay here:)"

"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions.
