"Conveniently located right next to metro exit 32 with a family mart across the street. About a 10 min walk to Dotonbori district and 5 min walk to Namba Parks shopping mall. Only dislike was the small size of the rooms - it was a challenge to even lay luggage open in the room without tripping. Other than that, the stay was great. "

"We stayed in a premier room on the 13th floor and had a beautiful view of the river and city. It was a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and courteous, the shuttle service was very convenient, and the room was very comfortable. The queen sized bed was big enough for two people and also very comfortable. The only thing I'd change was a slight smell coming from the furniture in the room, I couldn't figure out where exactly it came from but it was not too strong. Everything else was great. Oh...
