"We stayed in the deluxe fourth room which was very large by Japanese standards, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel is located at the end of the shopping mall that leads to Dotonbori, so there are heaps of shops and eating options. The Honmachi train station is very close, making it easy to get around Osaka. Great hotel we have stayed here twice now, highly recommend."

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze.
