This was a great place to be centrally located for a family trip in Kyushu province. I would happily go back. The hotel is right next to Canal City Mall which is full of great shops and restaurants. Across the street on the other side is the food stalls and night food scene of Fukuoka. It's clean and the hotel staff are kind and very helpful. Overall, it made for a great vacation.

The property is attached to a mall which caters for tax free shopping which is great. Also those who are card collectors there was a shop a few hundred meters on the river from the hotel. There is a water show each day the doesn’t finish until 10pm so it not a place to stay if you want quiet.

Honestly, it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Get a ClubRoom. It comes with breakfast, food throughout the day, access to they gym, and access to a simply amazing gym. It's also really centrally located, across the street from Nakasu island, next to Canal City, and around the corner from a really convenient metro station. The people are lovely.
