"Wife broke her ankle 2 hours after arriving. We we looking for a place to eat outside the hotel and a bad step causes her ankle to snap. We went back to the hotel, and Shawn (I’m sure I am spelling it wrong) called all the local clinics until he found one that was open and had staff that could help us. He made sure we got to our taxi and when we got to the hospital, they were expecting us. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Shawn and the rest of the staff at 4 Points. Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly. The view from the 29th floor was fantastic. "
