The indoor pool, fitness facility, and sauna are closed every third Wednesday of the month.

In case of overcrowding, guests may have to wait to use the pools. Guests cannot pre-book entry to the pool. Children under the age of 36 months must wear swim diapers in the pool. Rubber rings must be less than 1 meter in diameter and are only allowed in the children's pool. Access to Urban Island may be restricted in extreme weather conditions.

The service was probably some of the best that I’ve ever experienced while staying at a hotel. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel and were greeted by several hotel staff to the cleaning staff attending to all of our requests, my wife and I felt like royalty. We can’t express enough how happy we are with our choice to stay at this property and that’s not even mentioning how comfortable the bed was and how delicious the food was. Had a wonderful stay at Shilla Seoul. Stayed here for a total of 3 nights. Before booking, I was debating between Shilla Seoul and another 5 star hotel nearby. I definitely made the right choice choosing Shilla Seoul. The level of service is great from staff to facilities around the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. This is the type of hotel that has night service where they have someone come and set up the room for your for your evening wind down. The proximity is beautiful, massive and isolated from the Main Street. No traffic noise at all. My room faces the city view, which is just as beautiful! I paid extra to play golf, reasonable price. One of the best service they have is shuttle buses that runs every hour to main attraction such as Myeongdong, Dongdaemun etc. Overall I had a great time at Shilla Seoul, will definitely come back again.

Amazing property! Everything is done for the benefit of customer. The pleasant greeting from the door service when you arrive to the front desk, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is a must!!! Amazing food, prepared to perfection, so many choices and it is Huge!!! The property is a little bit of distance away for area attractions, but nothing a simple cab can’t handle. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property!
