"I found the staff exemplary- truly welcoming. I was struck by the warmth displayed. It’s a practical property- we took our bags up ourselves, no closet in our room (stayed with my teen daughter) but we actually made it work. The park is well set up- wanted somewhere that would bring us relaxation without needing to go to another major park- it provided just that and more. Only downfall- a timeshare station on arrival. I mistakenly thought it was part of reception and agreed eventually to take the tour the next day. That ended up taking 5hours off our precious first day- only because they wouldn’t take my ‘no’ (costs were not given upfront). But the individuals involved were also encouraging in ways I needed and I tried something different; but I was so angry for the wasted time we prioritized a good time very aggressively after. So we went to Fun Spot at 8pm that first night- first time two females and it was a blast- there’s a trolley that all guests have passes for. We hit the malls and the water park and had an absolutely fabulous time after that first day. Felt safe and loved the centrality of the location and even observed the manager handling a very stressful situation with a guest with respect and poise. The staff were so willing to help! I think the attendants at the pools need to smile more- but there were two for us who were exceptional! Shout out to Elijah from the restaurant and I think Michael- young man from the arcade, and Mo! "

"I booked a room in Rosen Inn for my birthday and it was great. The staff, how close it was to different shops, and not to mention how close it was to the UOR. It was so great, I’m thinking of coming back again for my next birthday. "

"We booked this hotel at the last minute because of a canceled flight. It was perfect. Very close to the airport, free 24 hour shuttle service, and there was a bar and a restaurant on site. There are also a lot of restaurants in the area within walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean and recently renovated. The shuttle service was timely and convenient, as well. "

"El hotel está completamente recién remodelado. La ubicación exelente y los cuartos están remodelando. El único problema es que la que limpia te recoje la cama y te pone toalla limpias. Pero usan un mapo para el area del baño que tiene pelo y las paredes del baños también había pelos negro y en las sábanas también. Pedimos que nos limpiaran el cuarto. Cuando regresamos lo mismo, pelos negros en las sábanas y en el baño. Mi esposa tiene el pelo color rojo. Que se notaba la diferencia y fueron 7 noches.Tambien no barren porque había un papel color rojo en la esquina de la cama y estuvo toda mi estancia hay. Nadie lo recojio. Le tome foto. Tiene que tener más personal que hable español. Denny casi saliendo de su turno me recibió mi check-in. Porque no había más nadie que hablara español.Denny tiene 5 estrella. También los muchachos de la cocina. Muy agradable gracias al señor cesar y su equipo de trabajo. Muy buen trato y la que me prepara el cafecito maggi y victoria y Anthonio. Tremendo equipo de trabajo. El personal de mantenimiento debe tener un régimen más estricto en cuantitos a los utensilios para su limpieza por lo demás la estancia fue de nuestro agrado volvemos muy pronto. Primero gracias a denny sin él mi opinión hubiera sido diferente. Gracias a cesar,Maggy,Antonio,Victoria excelente equipo de trabajo en la cocina."
