"Aside from us arriving back to our room on the day of check in (went out for 4 hours) and the door being ajar, the stay was decent. Apparently our door had a malfunction and though it was flushed closed it still “opened” on its own in our absence. Engineering came up and said they’d handle it on Monday. The front desk was attentive but apparently not much more they could do for our safety that night. "

"The hotel is quite nice for the price. The major drawback was that the rear elevator was the only one that worked. Pulling luggage to the back of the building at checkin was a serious inconvenience. As a mobility-impaired person, the availability of only one, slow elevator made me anxious. Also since we parked near the rear elevator, we were forced to enter and leave via steps because there was no ramp to the parking lot. "

Room was smaller than ones I have previously stayed at same exact property & location. 2. Bed headboard was detached from bed itself and instead attached to wall. "There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair.
