"We recently stayed at The Terraces by Grove, which to be a brand-new hotel. The hotel itself was very nice and conveniently located close to Disney. However, there were a couple of areas that needed improvement. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and I had a hard time sleeping. Additionally, the housekeeping service was infrequent - during our 5-day stay, our trash was only changed once, and we had to use the same towels and sheets throughout. "Excellent hotel near the parks. Shuttle bus is very easy to take to and from CityWalk. They even have a garden walk that is about 1 mile away if you are up for walking from the parks. The hotel itself is very kid friendly and has 2 heated pools and a lazy river. Plus extremely close to Volcano Bay Water Park. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Has everything family needs, we visit Orlando in November 2024 the room as clean, with microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The water park is a plus for the kids entertainment, my niece love it. Breakfast was good and worth it the price. The location is very convenient and has stores and other things around like the titanic museum. Stephanie from Brazil on the Front Desk was very polite and helpful with my family. Was a great time! "
