Never written a negative review before, but... we were never contacted when room was ready as we were told. Gates to pool area did not open with our card; had to yell for other guests to open gate for us. On the last day, 4 electrical wires were hanging out of the broken gate all day long. We were there for four days - HOUSEKEEPING NEVER CAME. After I spoke to front desk, housekeeping took four days of garbage but never took used towels; they left a bag of new towels for us on the floor. Extremely poor housekeeping and engineering services for such a large hotel. Maybe it was just a fluke for our visit. Front desk and manager were very nice and comped us a meal. However, for the money we spent, these things left a really bad impression. Will not stay here again.

Room was very hard to sleep in due to the 24 hour noise. Signage very poor. Difficult to find room and correct entrance.

Unfortunately got food poisoning the first night. Then housekeeping didn’t even change our sheets, just made the beds with the same sheets. Honestly, was not super impressed with this hotel. I travel a lot so maybe I have higher expectations, but really felt like everything was just average, nothing I would want I return to.
