Disappointed. 4 adults and a baby. Only 3 bath towels supplies. Requested more and quickly received, but annoying to have to ask. Baby crawling and pulled up to end table and had found a quarter on the table-clearly the table had not been cleaned or the quarter would have been found. Also, she could have choked. Awake early to drive part of family to airport-that’s why we booked this hotel, for its proximity and it’s having a suite-and was happy there was a “grab and go” available early before the hot breakfast buffet. However, coffee was tepid and there was only 1 pastry left. On return from airport, my husband and I wanted to make coffee in our room and there was no cream and sugar packets supplied with the coffee. Lastly, toilet stopped up. Series of these issues were reported to the desk at checkout. The clerk wrote them down but didn’t seem sympathetic. Despite the prettiness of the atrium, nice breakfast buffet, and location to airport, all these negatives overwhelmingly take this hotel off future choices. There are plenty of other options adjacent.

Staff was beyond exceptional. Toilet didn’t work when we first got there but maintenance came up and repaired it within 2 minutes. This was at 8pm. Front clerk was when we checked in was the best host I have ever dealt with; not exaggerating.

The railing to get in and out of the hot tub was very wobbly. The AC did not work in my suite. Did not like the fact that you didn't know until you got there that you had to pay $21 a day to park. The breakfast in the morning was very good.
