I will start off by saying, I never leave bad reviews I am very easy going, the location was great and close to everything. Wifi is awful, do NOT order a drink at the bar, $15 bucks for a plastic cup half the size of a solo cup, and not even full ( he put a few more ice cubes to make it look full, without me even saying anything because he knew it was very low). The beds are tiny and rock hard. I was so sore everyday which is alot for me to say because i literally do not complain ever! The staff is very nice though. Lastly, They also charge you $150/extra for a small dog, and a $25/day resort fee (which isnt disclosed until after booking and check in), and side note they do not take cash at all. Had i known it was an extra $350 after check in i would have picked a different hotel. Not worth $2,200 for 6 nights.

No parking, then we were given a Map as to were to park and was told there would be a shuttle to bring us back. No shuttle and map was poorly done. We asked for wash rags twice and never received them. We were told if our car was parked in a non parking place we would be towed yet, others were parked everywhere and you couldn't even get safely back in to the lot to pick up or drop off our handicap child. No shuttle to and from the park unless you called a day in advance. Not sure this would ever be my top pick again. Staff was rude and very unhelpful.

So we stayed in the older tower, Tower A. The hallways looked unarmed, our room was half updated and the other half...let's say we did not want to sit on the couch. It looked as if the corners of the room were in swept in places or touched for a while. The elevator was the same massive food crumbs everywhere. The pool and new tower area were great. We got coffee in the mornings but the last morning my daughters had black pieces of the blender in the bottom (which she didn't notice until one came up into the straw). The staff was wonderful and kind and helpful with everything but the to say it was a disappoint would be an understatement and we would not stay here again.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it was clear this hotel was very well kept clean. The staff was attentive and respectful, she asked where we were coming from and if I needed help to get around the city of Orlando. The resort offers shuttle service to Universal, very convenient for us. The room smell very good even though the room was pet friendly. No doggie smell whatsoever!!! We stayed on the 15th floor and the view was stunning. I would like to mention that you also have access to use the second property "Westgate Lake resort" just about 3 miles driving from the Palace, which my family found super cool because we were able to book a family spa day and also use the waterpark at the resort (just need to pay a small fee of $25.00 per person). Our stay here was truly exceptional

The only negative thing about the property is that they don’t have enough parking space onsite and you would have to park a few blocks away. The parking lot does have 24/7 security patrols and someone available to transport you back to the property, but I still found it inconvenient. Aside from that, I really liked the 2 room suit and the cleanest and comfort.
