Unfortunately our travel partners room had hair everywhere, the window blind wasvbroken and there was gum stuck to the side of the mirror in the sitting area. Some sort of stain on the sofa cushions asvwell.

I needed a place to stay near MCO because my flight arrived late. I appreciated the free shuttle from the airport. The room was large and clean. The door handles on the front and bathroom doors were a little wonky and typical of most hotel rooms, the air conditioner worked but was loud. It was a nice room, nothing fancy. Since I was only staying for one night all I needed was a clean bed and room, and a door that locked, this fit the bill.

This hotel is clean, affordable and the rooms are huge. Very clean. Shuttle to the airport which is very close. Great breakfast that’s included. Laundry on site too restaurants nearby within walking distance Some of their front desk staff were not particularly personable but they knew their stuff so that was OK. Would stay again.

We asked when we checked in for a wakeup call because we had a connecting flight. our cellphones were dead and charging. They said ok and we just happen to wake ourself by chance because we didn't get a call the phones weren't working, we had to run to catch the bus to the airport. person at the desk said they were going to knock on my door but by that time we would have missed the transport thus missing our flight. terrible excuse and terrible experience.

Only one elevator working and the other one had a license that expired 2 years prior. We were on the 4 the floor with 2 toddlers so the stairs were not a viable option. Other than staff was super friendly, room was dated but clean. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasted good. Definitely worth the price.

The room had a musty smell as well as mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the room itself made me feel itchy. Swing shift front desk staff were pretty rude and unattending. Morning shift staff were more polite and courteous. As there were a homeless incident in the morning where cops had to be called I will most likely will not return.
