The overall experience was good, the furniture in room 523 was torn and needs replaced. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom, the main dresser paint looks distressed, the lamp outlets are worn out. One elevator broken sometimes two were down. Shower head too low for anyone over 5’2”

The hotel is in a great area. We booked the cabana and immediately walking in we saw a roach. Thank goodness my husband caught it but that turned me off right away! The bathroom was not very clean and hotel room had an awkward layout. The closet had no door but a curtain. It just had very old vibes and needed some updates. Maybe the rooms inside were nicer but I wouldn’t know!

Had to have an employee kill a cockroach the first night we were there . Rooms need serious updates . Elevators you’ll be waiting 30-50 mins each way to get from your floor the the lobby .

It sucks on a weekend you have a dance competition. And the hotel is packed you have one elevator working. The lines were crazy long also you have two towers. But check in is on the north tower. But you have a south tower with no check in. I requested the south tower because I had reservations at hype park. But was put on the north tower. Which was very disappointing the manager tried to get me a room on the south tower. So I thank him for that at least trying. But again to have to towers and can only check in to one is crazy. Also had a kids jumping and making noises next door which was loud until about 11pm. Had to call the front desk two times about this then it eventually stopped. It was a surprise birthday getaway for my wife. And yeah it was ok but could’ve been better. I’ll come back to the restaurant probably not the hotel. But the staff was amazing

The property was in a great location, but if you were on the city view, you could hear drivers drag racing up and down the strip. They also had a resort fee along with a expensive daily parking fee.

It’s nice in theory. Oceanfront room is a huge plus; however, these rooms are so so so outdated and not so clean. The rooms are hot, old, a bit dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the bathrooms had so much rust and possible mold. The wallpaper was falling off and it was so extremely dusty in all areas of the room. There are a lot of homeless people that hangout outside of the property by the beach and a lot beer bottles and other bottles right outside when you walk downstairs to go to the beach. However, The restaurant they have downstairs to the left of the hotel was delicious!

Hilton you have let me down. I always knew anytime I went to anywhere if I booked at a Hilton it would be a great stay but this hotel is run down and dirty. ( carpet was filthy, stains all over the furniture, could barely use mirror it was so bad, paint and chips all over bathroom floor and bathtub ) Sad because I know you can do better and if you make your place better all the rest will follow. Daytona could be a great place.

This is more like a 1 star hotel not sure how this was rate 5. Terrible condition of hotel and rooms. Staff was not helpful. Called guest relations to fix water issue and they said they would report issue send someone to fix. I told them I need to get ready for dinner reservation no one was ever sent. I reached out to Expedia they called the front desk and said no complaint was filed but that they would now send someone which they did. Be careful with water there is no limit to how hot the water gets and it almost burnt my mother. The condition of the hotel it extremely outdated, needs renovation, you see cracks in walls, water damage. Does not look like any images. I took a hot shower and got stuck in the bathroom because the door knob was messed up and wouldn’t open. Breakfast was tasteless only thing good was the omelette but for buffet breakfast not worth it at all. Would def not recommend and or ever returning to this place. I’d think twice about these Hilton properties
