"Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. Hidden gem!

"This hidden gem needs to given proper recognition. My famlily and I had an amazin stay there, very clean and comfortable rooms - nove water park and pool, with hot tub bonus - which was amazing and relaxing at the end of an active day! It is less than 10 minutes from Universal and located close to plenty of other fun things to do. I will definitely come back when i am in town next!"

"Check in was a breeze thanks to Christina who was beyond friendly and welcoming. So was Jeffrey at the Bar and Grill. Our room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean, parking was safe, poolside was lovely and kept up really well - didn't see a single speck of trash anywhere on the grounds or hallway. It's an older resort, but you can't beat the service, price or location. We'll be back next year!"
