"I always stay there in SF."

"I love this hotel. LOVE. But recently I’ve encountered where the AC/heat doesn’t work. My phone in the room didn’t work. Couldn’t call out. When I told the front desk they could only offer more blankets. It was quite cold. And now there is construction going on in the marina with the guys screaming and the pounding going on. :( At 8 am- it was a rude awakening. "

"Nice property near the center of the pier 39. Big and well-maintained building. Favorable check in (3PM) and checkout (12PM!!!) Very good and reach breakfast comparing to other hotels in the US There were huge lines during checking (3PM) and breakfast (9:00 - 9:30 AM)"

" stayed at this property for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The amenities were amazing, and the staff was incredibly efficient and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine at check-in — such a thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect — within easy walking distance of everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay! It’s a 10/10 for me. I was looking for something inexpensive and that had everything I needed. This was it. I felt very comfortable and happy. If you’re looking for “just right”, nothing over the top or less, stay here. The roof top and breakfast are pluses. Though I would say go at 8am for breakfast lol, for some reason it tasted better after 8am. The hotel is clean and the staffs were amazing. So helpful, starting from the door man to the front desk to room service. Shout out to Milena for all her help! And for the environment, I’m from the NY area so seeing specs of homeless ppl here and there in union square wasn’t much of a bother, just go your way and have a fun time. -And lastly, for those that want to know, the water pressure in the bathroom is amazing! :) "
