"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bilbao's old town, making it easy to explore the city's historic streets and landmarks. The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and stylishly decorated. We would definitely recommend the Goyen Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and convenient place to stay in Bilbao. Don't let the low star rating put you off – this hotel is a hidden gem!"
