"Had a 2 bed 2 bath ocean front condo. These are individually owned and all furnished differently. Cannot beat the on the beach location. The outside ocean front deck was amazing! We sat out and watched the sunrise and sunset daily. The layout of the unit was great for our 5 adult size people. 4 full beds and a sofa bed. The condo has been updated. Nice to have a kitchen, with the view we cooked and ate at the condo 5 of our 7 nights. It could be a little cleaner, no housekeeping service. ...

"We were awaken 4 times when someone pressed the emergency button and we were told to vacate the building and not use the elevator. In all cases there was no emergency. I suggest that only authorized people can press the emergncy button and not a guest. "

"Location is great - the beach is right there! The city or someone needs to do something about homeless population in the area. Staff was really good. Big problem was that they are updating the facility. Of course, that is reasonable but... They did not have our room available. We had to be moved before we checked in. This was apparently due to electric issues in our original room. They moved us to a different room, which was better and they waived some fees. So, all good until... They were...

"This review is for the Waikiki Banyan hotel. We were re-accommodated to it, not by choice as the 2 bedroom unit we booked in the Ilikai was no longer available. We were told this 9:30 pm the night before check in. They re-accommodated us to a small 1 bedroom unit with not enough beds for our party of 5. The unit looked clean, and everything worked except the door lock on the bathroom....
