"I love this place and we've been coming here yearly for years. We always get the same type of room. Housekeeping staff is always very nice and do an awesome job cleaning our room everyday. Valet guys are also very nice as well as the front desk. Hotel has great shopping and a convenient ABC store. 2 great restaurants Duke's and Hula Grill. Nice pool and music near by. "

"Great place for my family on our first trip to Hawaii! A lot of people but the place is large enough that it never felt "crowded". Towel policy was annoying. If you want to go for a swim and need a towel, you had better go before they close at 6 or you are out of luck. Missed my swim on my last day there for this reason."

"This was my family’s first time staying at the Outrigger in Waikiki, though I’ve stayed here often, and it was such a special trip. We checked in on August 10th, and all I really wished for was to have our rooms close together. Thanks to Angela, who went above and beyond to make it happen, our stay started off perfectly. She was so friendly, courteous, and welcoming—exactly the kind of person who makes you feel at home right away. This was my 4th time staying here, but having my family with me made it extra memorable. The kids had an absolute blast in the swimming pool, and breakfast at Monkeypod was simply amazing. We love that the hotel has everything you need—great food options close by, a fridge in the room, and the sweetest housekeeping ladies who keep everything spotless. We’ve tried other hotels and even Airbnb in the past, but nothing compares to the Outrigger. The location is unbeatable, the staff always go above and beyond, and the overall experience keeps us coming back year after year. This will always be our go-to spot in Waikiki!"

"The pool is separate from the adults' pool so that kids can have fun, and it even has a slide, which is great. There's also a Honolulu Coffee and cookie shop so you can take a quick break. I'd love to stay here again."
