Absolutely wonderful hotel in a great area! Biggest perks: - Phenomenal harbor view - Friendly, professional & prompt staff - Wonderful area, everything is in walking distance - Large rooms, comfortable beds - Underground parking - Pool/hot tub - Warm, cozy in room decor - A totally reasonable price tag Biggest complaints: - Room service - despite listing it as an amenity, they no longer offer it. Granted the restaurant is in the hotel, you have to go down and pick it up. - In room menu - out of date. The restaurant was no longer serving half the listed items. - Water pressure - very poor and inconsistent. - Parking price - $29 a day is pretty steep when you're staying multiple nights All things considered, I'd rate it a solid 4.3/5. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location at Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver. Easy SeaBus travel to downtown Vancouver. Beautiful views of the harbour/city. Didn't rate "excellent" for a few reasons - door lock was faulty, hair dryer was faulty, TV was small with no app connectivity. A well appointed, quiet room.
