The staff were nice. The property rather dated and underwhelming for this price point. It took them 3 tries to get our extra bed that was paid for and asked before hand. We had to wait a while to get the extra bed. It’s our special date to celebrate, but the experience was a bit disappointing. We stayed at the Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and it was amazing and refined all around. So we thought this is going to be the same, since they are the same price points. However it was not.

Such a great hotel couldn’t pick a fault staff were so helpful rooms were very clean and the breakfast was awesome great variety . Location was brilliant right on the strip close to shopping malls and the mrt .
