"I like the cleanliness of rooms and hotel staff service. Comfy beds. Water bottles provided daily. Convenient to subway stations. One suggestion for improvement is to provide more laundry machines and to adopt a policy where hotel staffs can remove clothing from dryers if guests leave their clothes in machines more than 30 minutes after the cycle ends. Some guests leave their clothes in for hours and prevent others from using."

"Super convenient locations and cleaned rooms and building. Also staff are all helpful and kindness. How comfortable staying for 10 days. I will stay there again when I visit to Japan. Thank you for all !!!!"

"Staff at the front lobby especially Mr. Fu was very helpful and gave lots of tips to make our vacation more enjoyable. The luggage transfer service from our hotel in Kyoto to Elsereine in Osaka was awesome. One thing that the hotel needs is a self service laundry room."

"Hotel is ok but breakfast is not advisable to include for the stay. No variety at all for breakfast. Same thing for 5 days when we stayed. Sadly to say, we paid the highest breakfast fee to all our stay for our japan vacation. The lady at the breakfast hotel was watching what people are eating. She's annoying.the breakfast place is so small and 18 people can eat only at the same time."
