"It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. Far from tourist attractions, but redeeming factor was the shuttle bus running every 15 mins that goes to osaka station. "

"While Westin Osaka is clean and comfortable, however it lacks the ability to walk out and find dining or shopping options. Don’t get me wrong, the location is quite walkable to Osaka Station but in winter when we travelled walking too far wasn’t a great option. The other aspect which the hotel should seriously improve is its breakfast space. Both sitting and food buffet. For a large hotel the space is quite small and buffet space is cramped up. While the variety is great… it needs space. So does...
