"We stayed in this resort for 4 nights.. let me break it down Pros: -Food is good specially at the steakhouse we went twice.. rest of restaurants are okay but the room service takes an hour and the food is below average -The vibe is good we really enjoyed the pools and the interior also the ease of going anywhere around -Beachclub is great and staff were being helpful w towels and stuff also the vibe at the beach club from the pools and bars is really fun Cons: -Service isn’t great it’s not bad...

"This resort is a boutique kind of, very walkable and very much suitable for couple with young and very young kids. The beach is amazing , sand, water and everything around it though it is a private and on a smaller side beach. The personal is attentive and helpful. The downside of this resort is the food. "The hotel is beautiful, BUT we didn’t get the tour around the villa and the cleansing ceremony because of unknown reasons. It led to some confusion, ie, finding the restaurants and the activity spots. We missed one of our yoga class in the morning because it took too much time to find the proper place and some of the staff aren’t that helpful. One line summary: hotel is nice but the service needs improvement "

"The place is unique and overall was a good stay. I’d say more than a week might get a little boring, it’s a little remote so you could taxi to places but we didn’t want to. Pretty good food options around. Food quality is good in the area and the resort although I would say the food tasted better the last time I was there 4 years ago. "Great location and right on the beach. But the room was advertised as ocean view which is the reason I picked the room and paid the premium but actually it has no ocean view. "

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous!! The facilities are impeccable and very new. The ambiance and decor are beautiful, the food is truly spectacular and the service is amazing. It is very close to town but not in it so you get the privacy and quiet within a 5 min drive from the shopping and dinning of Tulum. We LOVED it and recommend it 100%. "

"We loved our stay at Xambé. The place was quiet and clean, we were able to walk to the local plaza to get some wine and local food. The infinity pool was amazing and it was empty almost everytime we went up there. 10/10 stay."

"We stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse, it’s gorgeous, really nice decorated and the views are amazing but we couldn’t take a shower or go to the pool because there was no towels , we called the office and they brought them later but just the shower towels , no hand or pool towels. the first night one of the bedrooms a/c was not working , next day the property manager kind of fixed , it didn’t cool the bedroom enough , still warm but the worst part it’s the road to get there it is almost...
