"No water at the faucet"

"We booked and paid for two rooms but they only reserved one room for us. We ended up staying in one room (7pax). They offered us extra beds instead and breakfast compliment for extra persons. It was still a fun experience staying in one room and we still appreciate how accommodating the staff were. Nice and clean place to stay. We will definitely go back."

"The Hotel is located perfectly across from SM mall and easy walk to Tuna Park and other locations. Staff is terrific from checking in Summer did a fantastic and professional welcome. The morning breakfast is prepared wonderfully with great staff like Keeth. Definitely a perfect stay if in Gensan. "
