"My stay at NAALA Hotel in Tulum was fantastic! The hotel is in a perfect location, making it super easy to walk everywhere—whether to nearby restaurants, shops, or attractions. The room itself was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely touch of greenery on the deck that added both charm and privacy. One small downside was seeing guests hang their wet clothes on the railings, which took away from the otherwise stylish and clean aesthetic of the hotel. Other than that, everything was excellent. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Tulum, I highly recommend NAALA Hotel!"

"Location is amazing right on a beautiful and quiet beach. That alone is worth the money. Our bungalow was not in the best condition overall and the bathroom had a technical problem, which was not fixed during our stay. But nothing compares to the experience of waking up with the sun rising on the ocean and walking barefoot straight to the beach. Sunbeds and cabanas free for guests. Good restaurants nearby, both on the beach and on the main street. At walking distance from the popular party zone, but far enough not to be bothered by the crowds and noise."

"Such a great place! It's situated right on the beach; only a 2-minute stroll away. The front desk/reception staff is fantastic. Always willing and able to help and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are basic, but all have a nice sized balcony/patio where you can sit and relax. They have a restaurant on site where I had breakfast 2 times while I was there. It's right at the water's edge. They have very good dishes/options and it is open from 7:30 to 10:00 PM every day. They have a nice outside swimming "pool" (I hesitate to call it just a basic pool; it's so natural looking) as well, with a little waterfall at one end. I wish I could've stayed longer! Next time and SOON! "

"Absolutely stunning resort! The rooms are gorgeous with a vide variety of views. House keeping kept the place perfectly stocked and staff all around the resort were always so pleased to help with your any desire! Good food options and tons of different alcohols and fun drinks to be had. A cute cafe on the property along with a pharmacy, ice cream parlor and shops for necessities! A wide variety of night life with always something going on. I absolutely loved my stay her"
