"Only complaint was the room wifi, maybe because i was on the lower 1st floor, not sure but I noticed both in my room, as well as the public lobby wifi would never connect to my laptop for work, so I had to go elsewhere for important work items to be completed. That was the only minus which was a hassle."

"Add a microwave in the rooms, that’s all."

"Hotel lacks some basic amenities like clock, bathroom only has soap and shampoo, no other extra amenities like shower cap, earbuds. Hotel area does not feel that safe, especially traveling by metro and area around that."

"Very very much enjoyed my stay. Great location for my needs. Incredible staff especially Mancy at reception. Greeted warmly and the check in time was quick. Room was even better than expected and very clean. "

"We came for the Rose Bowl and this hotel was GREAT!! The pool and hot tub area are awesome. Huge pool and hot tub, life size chess, ping pong, right across from Del Amo Mall so lots of really convenient food options in or around the mall. Room was nice and updated! Staff was all nice! Parking was easy! "
