"The parking lot is secured by a gate and requires a 'key' to access the lot. The lounge area is cozy (and has a nice chess set)and has a nice outdoor area for entertaining. The staff, receptionists, maids and utility guy were very nice and helpful. We had 2 friends over and we ate in the lounge and they gave us plates, forks and napkins for food we had forgotten. "Hotel is great in a nice location. Front desk was efficient and very accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Restaurant and bar had good food and is nicely laid out with multiple screens for watching sports events. My only negative remark was the fact that I stayed there on two different nights within a ten day period and neither time did a bellman, though they were standing around chatting, offer to help us with our bags from the taxi into the hotel.
