"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"The hotel was clean and staff friendly and had many recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. They are based in an area where you can walk to almost any sight, which I did, and felt safe going out early in the morning and returning late at night. The in house restaurant The Placery for dinner was disappointing, especially for the prices. The service/bar tender was always on her cell phone, although she tried to hide it under the shoulder of her shirt. My food was alway cold when...

"In my opinion your toilet tank is too big (water waste) as week as the bottom of bad tub not well maintained and the water is wasted at the shower because half water only half comes from short the rest is wasted down the bath tub faucet. We can’t waste water any more. The receptionist this morning was eating breakfast as she was giving us our check out. "

"Beautiful, historic and charming hotel. Room wasn't anything special but comfortable bed, great blackout curtains and hot water. Valet discount was nice through Expedia. Very easy walk to CFG Bank arena if you are there for an event. Area surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy like any downtown. Great bar/tavern on site with good cocktails, would stay again! "
