The Westin was the perfect place for us to stay with our young son. It’s clean and the staff is very friendly making makes having a layover, worth it.

Parking is expensive. I made reservations over the phone for the park and fly special. Once I arrived at the hotel I was informed that my parking was not include. This was a huge inconvenience for me. Considering I was getting married the next day and needed to park my car for a week to fly to my honeymoon. I ended up finding a cheaper place to park close to the airport. Another added expensive that I had not planned for.

Rooms were dirty. Had to switch rooms because there was no hot water, no working phone. The safe didn’t work and there a strange residue inside the safe that was questionable and caused concern. Food was sub par and expensive for the quality. We were very disappointed and surprised since I’ve always stayed at a Westin and had a positive experience. Only Prit at the front desk and a girl we spoke to who was working with him were cordial and helpful. They were very kind and sincerely, interested in solving a problem. If it weren’t for those two, I would’ve given you a one star rating on the staff. Parking very expensive and not clear this wasn’t included in the price. Deeply disappointed
