"Great stay for a couple of days. The hotel building is not our normal style but the gardens were beautiful. Spa area was separate to the main gardens but we did not have much time for this, you do need to book ahead. Breakfast buffet was okay with a good selection but some more healthy - low fat options would have been good. "A family of five- our children are now three young adults for a week, had a very good holiday. Two beaches easy walking distance, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Good buffet breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. A very relaxed atmosphere and restful. Easy to catch the bus to Siam Park or be picked up to go to the volcano. Pleasant walks around the peninsular to view Los Gigantes. Lovely sea view from the apartment. Shuttle from the airport delivered us to the door. "

Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms!
