"I stay here once or twice a year without hesitation. Everyone I deal with from Moh the waiter to the housekeeping maids like Anita are so helpful and friendly. It's a great tribute to the hotel that the staff are so excellent and continue to work for Riu. A massive turnaround of guests and they do it seamlessly. Fantastic! "

"Perfect for a family holiday, beautiful hotel and fantastic facilities for children. The all-inclusive restaurant is very good quality and lots of choice for everyone. The restaurants are all 5 star . Rooms are amazing, clean and very cool. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble."

"We always enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The shower is the best hotel shower we have ever been in! A large, powerful, rain shower head. "After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! The staff were incredible and views were spectacular. It’s a lovely downhill walk to Amadores Beach which is sensational and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the uphill challenge back up however for those of you not fancying an uphill climb, a taxi rank is nearby and only costs €4-5 for the journey! "Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks."

"An amazingly designed hotel with a village feel. Not soulless like many contemporary hotels. Wonderful location next to the Rubicon Marina. Food buffets and the service was exceptional. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and well equipped. I will be returning very soon."
