"The hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the city centre - with easy access to Turia Gardens -, but on a quiet street with no external noise. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone on hand at reception to answer any queries and help. Breakfast, whilst a little expensive, was nice when we had it on the last day (it would be worth booking this in advance if you're unsure). "Could be better didn’t look as good as the pictures showed. Kitchen didn’t open early and the kettle was broken. Shower could have been cleaner but overall average. Wouldn’t really recommend"

"Excellent position for visiting all major attractions. We never saw Reception manned the whole time of our four night stay. Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied"
