"Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"Excellent decorative appearance but hotel over rated and breakfast is like a cattle market. Pool area sun beds hogged from 7am by people who keep their towels from previous day. Corridors echo the noise"

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel).
