"Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "The pool, breakfast & bar area provided a good choice of food & drink options The room we stayed in was large & very clean. Unfortunately, the room had a kettle, but lacked any tea or coffee cups. The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!! "

"It is a lovely hotel with great facilities for adults. The check-in was very good and lovely helpful staff. Our junior suite was a great size with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were staying half board and the food especially at breakfast was excellent. There was the opportunity to sit outside on the terrace which was very nice indeed as the views were amazing. The pool area was lovely and we managed to get sun loungers each morning. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return...

"This was my second time at Hotel Zentral. I like that it's in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las americas. About 5-7mins in both directions from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely roof top area, with amazing views of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other.
