"A superb location on hills surrounding Puerto de la Cruz, within walking distance (15 minutes) from beach, (20-25 minutes) from the port. "The pool, breakfast & bar area provided a good choice of food & drink options The room we stayed in was large & very clean. Unfortunately, the room had a kettle, but lacked any tea or coffee cups. The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!! "

"This hotel specialises in hosting large groups such as sports teams for a budget price. Therefore it is very noisy and the noise seems to echo throughout the hotel. The restaurant provision is fine for breakfast but the buffet dinner is very poor. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the beach and main town - up a quite steep hill on the way back. The staff are helpful and friendly but the hotel is best avoided unless you are a large group."
