"The room had been renovated since our last stay and the pool area was redone. The floor staff were friendly and attentive. The only discomfort i had was check in, the lady made me feel like some how I wasn't worthy. In fairness this might have been her normal manner and I misconstrued it. She really did not say anything wrong "

"It's a great property at a convenient place. It's on a very active street and is close to many fun attractions. Only things is that it can be occasionally quite loud at night due to being on a busy street. "

"What is not to love about staying on the water in downtown Vancouver? The hotel is beautiful, has all the amenities one would want, is right in the perfect area for dining, shopping and sightseeing. The cruise port is next door and everything is within walking distance. "
