"This was our second stay at this property and we are fans. It’s a great location for visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, the theaters there, and the historical sites. The staff is outstanding - they have helped us book car service when we’ve needed it and answer oddball questions when we have those. They are very concerned with food allergies at the restaurant and you may even be asked about those allergies multiple times, it’s kind of sweet. We really like their breakfasts and had dinner there this...

"Had to wait at reception as person walked away from desk without acknowledging me. Was then dealt with next available person. Very courteous and offered me a choice of ground floor or upstairs room. Given a nice quiet room overlooking the inner gardens. Told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Just a shame as I told him I pre booked table in Pierre Bistrot that he didn’t mention guests get 10% off their bill. I didn’t see the poster until we returned from the theatre later that night!!...

"Nice stay. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and everyone had to stand outside for a while. Pretty funny and memorable. The staff handled it well. "

"Pub was really nice - lively atmosphere good food/drink and the staff were fantastic. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved outdoor area as well very close to Stratford upon Avon. Our rooms were well appointed, had everthing we needed, although could have been a little cleaner, but this was very quickly resolved. Only issue was noise in our bedroom, as we were above the bar and noise from a busy main road."
