We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was very varied but help yourself. We had to queue a little bit but not for long. The key fob didn’t always work but the staff sorted a new one. Great location for symphony hall and would go again

Hotel picked for location to attend an event just down the road. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, one even looking for where we were sat at breakfast to provide a picture of my daughters choice and crayons. There was a good seecyoon at breakfast and it was all cooked well and was tasty. Would stay again - my husband commented he would also as I didnt complain about anything!

I thought the hotel & area was good and and I liked that they had parking at the hotel . The only thing I didn't like was it was cashless, I think you should have a choice,if you want to pay by cash or card , I had withdrawn money out of my account to pay for things then had to pay by card . I would think twice because of that reason before returning
